Tetsuya TOMINA was born in Kushiro of Hokkaido, Japan and went to the UK to study filmmaking at London Film School. His short film, At the Last Stop Called Ghost Chimney (‘13) was selected at BUSAN IFF’s Wide Angle Competition, won the Best Short in JOGJA-NETPAC Asian FF and was screened in many film festivals across the world. His first feature, Blue Wind Blows (‘18) was world premiered in 68th Berlinale Generation Kplus Competition and also screened as selected in the special presentation section, Berlinale Goes Kiez.
