An Egyptian filmmaker who was raised in Saudi Arabia and the United States. His experience as a design engineer and fine artist fostered his current career as a writer-director. He is an alumnus of the Rawi Lab, Sundance Director/Writers Lab and Binger Film Labs. His work has been financed with the help of the Duke Foundation, Doha Film Institute and the Abu Dhabi Film Commission.
