Ivan Casagrande Conti was born in Milan in 1988. He graduated in Film Production at Scuola Civica di Cinema, Televisione e Nuovi Media of Milan in 2010, and began working in film production and advertising as a freelance. At the same time he collaborated with the collective that produces the Video Sound Art festival, for which he made two installations, one of which together with Laura Lamonea – curator of the festival. The first is an animated short film and video projected on an illustration by Beppe Giacobbe, while the second is a work com- posed of 15 screens and a selection of more than 250 videos of rituals, projected on different parts of the body. In 2016 he began collaborating with Rossofilm, for which he produced commercials, short films and documentaries.
