Manon Ardisson is a French producer based in London. In 2014, her feature film ‘God’s Own Country’ was developed through the BBC, BFI and Creative England’s initiative iFeatures, and is currently being financed. Manon has produced over a dozen short-format videos, which were selected for festivals including Rushes Soho Shorts, Hot Docs, and the London Short Film Festival, and won numerous competitions for the ENO, BFI and the National Theatre amongst others.
Manon comes from a production and development background. She started at Kudos Ltd, working as freelance script-reader and line-producing a TV pilot for them. She then went on to work in the production team of high end dramas from BBC2’s The Hour II to Sky’s The Smoke or BBC1’s The Secret. Manon most recently worked as Creative Assistant at Paul Webster’s Shoebox Films (Hummingbird, Locke), working closely with him on Joe Wright’s new feature film for Warner Bros, Pan. She also assisted Head of Development Ed Clarke on managing Shoebox’s slate, and was in charge of Shoebox’ accounts and administration.
