Brian, an Afro-Cuban boy in his late teens, is shy but determined to become one of Cuba’s
most famous singers. Following his day-to-day life in Alamar, the biggest housing project in
Cuba, we get to know his hopes and fears and those of his extended family, as a new society
is built 60 years after the Revolution.
