Agostina Gálvez is a Buenos Aires born film director and photographer whose work expands from fiction narrative to music videos and short documentaries.
She graduated from Universidad del Cine after studying Film Directing and has directed several narrative short films like Frankenstein’s Bride and Dear Renzo.

Her narrative films have won numerous awards and have been featured on HBO and international film festivals like Locarno, BFI and New York Film Festival.

In 2018 she worked as assistant director in Hermia and Helena directed by Matias Piñeiro. In 2015 Nowness commissioned Agostina a dance film that became viral after its release. The film featured 3 Olympic Gymnasts performing in a basketball court. After this success she has contributed with magazine such as Vice and i-D and directed fashion films for brands like Chanel and Valentino among others.
