Mina HATANAKA started her career as designer for architectural design firm in Tokyo. Then, she shifted it to wider ranges of an entertainment industry such as a planner & a publicist of Japanese legendary martial arts organization UWF INTERNATIONAL, one of the producers for a closing ceremony of 1998 NAGANO Winter Paralympics held in Japan, and the chief management of Japanese star actor Ryuhei MATSUDA who debuted as the lead in Nagisa OSHIMA’s “Taboo”(01).

In 2013, she has started a production company, TETSUYA to MINA film with the director Tetsuya TOMINA. Her produced films with him are a short “At the Last Stop Called Ghost Chimney”(‘13) and a feature “ Blue Wind Blows”(‘18).
