A cinematic first! Social media and cinema merge in this adapatation of a Twitter stream consisting of 410 consecutive tweets. A beautifully crafted coming-of-age story following the often absurdly comic as well as emotional trials and tribulations of an unknown teenage girl Mary.

The UK premiere will be held at the Pan-Asia Film Festival on March 2nd 2014. Mary is Happy, Mary is Happy, nominated for 10 Thailand National Film Awards, is directed by Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit and produced by Aditya Assarat, and it’s one of the finalists of 2012/13 Biennale College – Cinema.
