Charlotte Sarneel (born in Alkmaar, The Netherlands, 1979) lives and works in
Amsterdam. She graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy in 2009 and has
since then worked as a producer on a wide variety of projects, ranging from short to
feature length documentary and fiction films as well as commercial film productions
and film related events such as the Netherlands Film Festival. She joined forces with
Hazazah Pictures in 2014, where in 2015 she was introduced to Hanna van Niekerk
and was line producer of her first feature film ‘If the Sun Explodes’, which premiered
in September 2016.
