Quentin de Cagny

French film maker and formerly an engineer in digital cinema, Quentin de Cagny has directed twenty-some short films in Paris, Normandy, Quebec, Belgium and Russia mainly within the Kino movement since 2003. Now member of the Off-Courts Studio, based in Trouville, Normandy and of French Touch Records in Paris, he also participated (writing, directing and/or acting) in several web-series. One of them is Match Media, a series of satirical mash-ups about geopolitical conflicts commented like sporting events, and another is Double Rainbow Infinite, a totally delirious universe made of feature movies, short films, web videos and even video games and board games (both yet to come).

Anais Foin
Anaïs is in charge of Communications for Experience 360, independant content creators for VR and 360 video, and Secretary General of French Touch Records. Also a team member of the Paris International Fantastic Film Festival since 2012. After graduating in Multimedia Communications she worked for different sectors before dedicating herself to VR only recently. Today she is an admin for a francophone VR community on Facebook: "Réalité Virtuelle (VR)".

François Bouille is the president of French Touch Records, he is passionate about Virtual Reality and started creating applications and video games with Unity software and C# language and 360° video contents under Experience 360 brand with the directors Nicolas Alberny and Quentin de Cagny. Experience 360 is a brand of French Touch Records, and represents its main activity since 2016.

LOGLINE

Adaptation of a short story - The Little Black Pawn - to the VR screen. A story in which a pawn is propelled right up to the front line into a fierce game of chess, like an allied soldier on Omaha Beach. Suddenly confronted to the strict and unfair rules of an austere game, at the mercy of his opponents but also of more powerful characters of his own side, he will have to demonstrate courage, sharpness, team spirit and intelligence to save his own life and those of his companions in misfortune.
