The success of Mary is Happy, Mary is Happy continues. The movie directed by Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit was nominated for 5 Kom Chad Luek Awards, one of the most popular awards events of the Thai season.

Mary is Happy, Mary is Happy was nominated for best picture, best director, best screenplay, best actress and best supporting actress. Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit won the best picture award with his previous film 36 last year.

The film, produced by Aditya Assarat, is one of the finalist movies of 2012/13 Biennale College – Cinema and has gathered an incredible domestic and international success so far. It won also 3 Bangkok Critics Assembly Awards and 4 Thailand National Film Awards.
