Asad Aftab is a Vancouver-based Spatial Cinematographer, XR Artist & Filmmaker. Drawing from his background in Industrial & Interaction design, his creative practice lies in XR, spatial design & immersive experiences; with a keen interest in filmmaking for VR.

Asad’s current academic research revolves around re-examining the way immersive cinematic films are created & lowering the bar associated with consuming & creating such content.
