Felicity Chen is an immersive filmmaker, producer, and UX designer who explores and tells stories that exist in the spaces between fiction and reality. With a degree in Drama and Film Studies and a Master’s in Immersive Factual Storytelling, her filmmaking journey began in China, was nurtured in the UK, and has since ventured into the realms of virtual imagination. Her work delves into the diversity and nuances of female experiences and shared spaces, blending the embodiment of role-playing games with the intimacy of audio storytelling.

She directed, wrote, and co-produced Persona, a VR interactive documentary that explores the intricate relationship between the masking of an autistic woman and the liberating potential of her embodied avatar in a social VR world.
