Luca Cabriolu was born in Cagliari, Sardinia in 1969. He attended Literature studies at Università Statale di Milano. After a short period of time consacrated to photography he attended acting and drama studies at Neighborhood Playhouse in New York, school funded by Sandy Maisner. In New York he started his production training assisting andcollaborating with famous greek american producer Lisa Katselas (Mrs Dalloway ,Richard III among others). In 2004, after having worked and lived in several cities likeParis, London, Athens and Cape Town, he moves to Rome where he starts dealing inco productions, mostly between Italy and France. In 2010, he joins Mediterranea Filmin Paris. In 2014 together with Andrea Di Blasio and Oswald Garms, he creates Ombre Rosse Film Production in Cagliari. In 2017, together with Olivier Chantriaux and Philippe Bosse, he creates Filmo2, based in Marseille.
